LIGHT THE FIRE PROGRAMS
Our CrossFit class is a one hour class of warmup, strength/skill work, and workout of the day (WOD). They’re hassle - free - you don’t have to come up with a workout to do, just show up! Led by knowledgeable coaches from start to finish who will guide you, teach you and challenge you. Our goal is to provide you with a good workout, while staying safe & having fun. LTF CrossFit follows its own unique programming- you won’t find it at any other gym!
Functional Fitness aim is to demonstrate that no one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from fitness, utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality and quantity of life. As in our regular classes, Functional Fitness offers safe, effective workouts, 30 minutes long – a “gentle” version of fitness with more emphasis on longevity and less on intensity. We start where you are and take you to more than you thought you could be.
Functional Fitness Schedule
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8am and 5pm
One hour long Gymnastics class focusing on building the required strength and flexibility for gymnastics movements commonly seen in CrossFit. Led by our knowledgeable staff, who will help you learn and master the skills needed to perform gymnastics safely & efficiently using drills, spotting and supervised practice. Gymnastics class is appropriate for all skill levels - from beginner to advanced. Get the strength, confidence & skills to go upside down, get pull-ups or do a muscle-up!
One hour long Olympic Weightlifting class focusing on building safe weightlifting technique for the snatch and clean and jerk. Appropriate for all fitness levels, our Olympic Weightlifting class can help you feel more confident with a barbell or help you increase your 1RM. Looking to improve your technique & efficiency with these movements to make your lifting feel super smooth? This is the class for you.
Do you have a nagging injury or history of pain? Do you need infrequent wellness services to help recover quicker or prepare for a competition? Are you trying to address potential issues before they become painful? Are you pregnant and want to know how to workout during your pregnancy safely? Are you postpartum & want to return to fitness with a “different” body? Do you have pelvic floor issues? If you answered yes, good news- there’s an in-house physical therapist at LTF who can help! Our PT specializes in CrossFit athletes, pregnant & postpartum athletes, and pelvic health.
Take advantage of our in-house nutrition services. Led by a nutrition expert with a bachelors in Dietetics (currently taking next steps to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist). Whether your goals are to lose weight, add muscle, change body composition, our nutrition expert can help you!
